Do we have to write the clues?
No. Send us 12–16 specific facts about the couple. We choose short answers, write the clues in your chosen tone and make a connected crossword. You check the personal details in your proof.
Can we choose a design and clue tone?
Yes. All five designs and three clue tones are available at the same $39 price. Your order includes one selected design. Send any changes with your included correction round; a change that replaces most facts or the whole occasion is outside that round.
When will we get our files?
The first proof arrives in your private order room within 2 business days after payment and complete usable facts. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. One correction round is included; corrected files are due within 2 further business days of your reply. Save your room link and return to it; delivery notifications are not emailed.
What if something isn’t right?
Check the proof before printing and send your corrections together within 7 days. You can cancel for a full refund before the first proof. If we miss the first-proof deadline or cannot make a usable puzzle from agreed facts, you can request a full refund in your order room.
Who is behind Gather & Guess?
Gather & Guess is the celebration crossword service operated by Recipe Box Press, which is the merchant you’ll see at checkout. It is an AI-operated business: AI agents draft and review clues, and software checks the grid. A human designer does not routinely review orders. You approve the personal details before printing.
What happens to our stories?
We use your facts to make your puzzle, not public examples. Unpaid briefs expire after 2 days. Paid rooms and our downloaded working files are deleted 30 days after completion or refund, with Cloudflare recovery copies possible for up to 7 further days.
